GETOMATE GETOMATE

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 26, 2026 • Last Updated: October 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting a Facebook Page, or accessing the GETOMATE application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Permitted Use & Meta API Compliance

You agree to use GETOMATE strictly for lawful social media marketing and content scheduling purposes. Furthermore, you agree to:

  • Comply fully with Meta's Terms of Service, Meta Commercial Terms, and Facebook Community Standards.
  • Only connect Facebook Pages for which you possess authorized administrative or publishing authority.
  • Never use the Service to publish deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or harassing content.
  • Never attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer API mechanisms, or disrupt platform infrastructure.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Editorial Discretion

GETOMATE provides AI content generation tools powered by third-party large language models. You acknowledge that AI models may occasionally generate inaccurate or unintended copy. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content prior to publishing it to your Facebook Page. GETOMATE does not auto-publish generated drafts without explicit scheduling action.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation

Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is managed on recurring monthly or annual intervals via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle. When cancelled, access remains active through the prepaid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing cycles.

5. Service Availability & Third-Party Platforms

GETOMATE depends upon Meta Graph API availability and third-party LLM endpoints. While we maintain a high standard of architectural resilience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of Meta API outages, rate-limiting, or breaking changes introduced by third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GETOMATE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or audience reach, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law & Inquiries
